The T-Mobile Application Forms are Word documents designed for download and fill-in-the-blank data entry on a site-by-site basis. The preferred method of submission is via email to sitemarketingapps@t-mobile.com. For questions regarding the application or process, please contact the corresponding Co-Location Specialist under the Contact Info tab.

   

Initial Application:
For an Applicant that has no prior installation at a site.

Construction Standards v5.0
The T-Mobile Co-location Master Construction Standards are intended to govern any "on site" construction activities by all tenants and their contractors/subcontractors.
